ARAA at AgQuip
We are calling for First Nations artists from Regional and Remote NSW to submit an Expression of Interest to exhibit and sell work at AgQuip 2025.
All artworks are welcome including fine art, prints, wearable art, homewares and cultural merchandise. Works will be sold on consignment.
ARAA will retain a 25% commission on all sales.
Selected artists will be responsible for delivering their work by 31 July 2025, labelled and with completed forms. Artists are encouraged to volunteer to help man the stall during the event (19–21 August 2025).
Timeline:
EOI Opens: 15 May 2025
EOI Closes: 15 June 2025
Successful Artists Notified: 30 June 2025
Artworks Delivered to ARAA: No later than 31 July 2025
Stall Dates: 19–21 August 2025
Final Payments: 31 August 2025
Artist Responsibilities and Inclusions
ARAA will cover the following costs and responsibilities associated with participation in the AgQuip 2025 stall:
Stall site fees
Administration and coordination
Financial management including float, EFTPOS, and sales reconciliation
Marketing and promotion
Curatorial and display costs
Artists are responsible for:
Delivering artworks to ARAA in Tamworth or another designated drop-off location
Organising and paying for the return of any unsold artworks
Ensuring all unsold artworks are collected or freight arranged by 30th August 2025
Please note: Storage fees may apply for works not collected or arranged for return by this date.
